The Ice House Brewery, Marina, and Restaurant stands as a dynamic establishment, breathing life into a century-old building that once served as the icehouse for watermen and local residents in Colonial Beach. Having blossomed into a vibrant hub since its opening in January 2022, it caters to the needs of both visitors and town residents alike. Today, this thriving venue encompasses a brewery, a marina, and a restaurant. The marina and brewery seamlessly blend into a deck that’s over the water and adorned with large umbrellas. This creates the perfect setting to savor breathtaking sunsets accompanied by refreshing craft beer brewed in-house and delicious eats from Eugene’s. The Ice House CB epitomizes the fusion of history, community, and leisure in the heart of Colonial Beach.
Coming this spring (2024), a floating pier for our boating customers as well as a deadrise boat which will be the outside serving station. In addition, two charming Boatbnbs will be available for rent.
