Parkers Marina

Parkers Marina has been a historical landmark in Colonial Beach for decades.  It is one of the oldest marinas in Colonial Beach.  In 2021, it was purchased by Paul and Sue Smith and has undergone many renovations and improvements.  Parkers Marina is continuing renovations in 2024 and the years to come.  The Smiths have built their home right across Monroe Bay Avenue from the marina, so guests at Parkers are treated like family.   Parkers is a fisherman’s favorite in Colonial Beach.  With a fish cleaning station, bring back your catch of the day, and filet it up right on the dock.  Parkers also welcomes you to the “Peeler Shack” the locals favorite spot to enjoy the water, music and libations.  Friends and family of slip holders or transient guests are welcome to use the Peeler Shack to unwind after a great day on the water.  Parkers also has free ice by the bag for slip holders and transient guests.  The marina boasts 38 slips and can accommodate vessels up to 50’. In fall, many boat owners move their vessels from the northern Potomac River to Parkers for seasonal fishing.  Stop by or call this quiet, fisherman friendly, family (and pet!) friendly, historic marina where Old Glory is always flying high.
